Founded in 1976 (formerly Julu County Plastic Factory), the company is an early plastic pipe product processing enterprise in Xingtai City, and a comprehensive high-tech technology production enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company is located in Julu Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, Julukou of Xingheng Expressway, with superior geographical environment. It covers an area of ​​100 acres, with a construction area of ​​32,000 square meters, a registered capital of 150 million yuan, an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, and 120 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel.

       As early as 1978, it was listed as a designated manufacturer of agricultural irrigation and drainage by the Hebei Provincial Light Industry Department, Water Resources Department and Provincial Planning Commission; in 1989, it was listed as a designated agricultural irrigation pipe factory by the Ministry of Water Resources; In 1996, it was rated as one of the ten outstanding designated enterprises of agricultural irrigation pipes of the Ministry of Water Resources; it was rated as a tax-paying grade A enterprise by the national taxation authority for four consecutive years; "Fangsheng" brand won the Hebei Famous Brand and China Famous Brand. In 2002, together with research institutions and colleges, the "China Light Industry Plastics Processing and Application Research Institute R&D Center" was established. Relying on the cooperation platform of colleges, universities and scientific research units, it has a team of doctors, masters, middle and senior engineers, and resident consultants. The scientific research team composed of experts has strong technical support and product development capabilities, and has obtained 5 new patents for use. The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14000 environmental system certification, OHSMS occupational health management system certification and water-saving product certification.

The company signed a cooperation agreement with Sichuan Huashen Group in May 2016, and obtained the special equipment manufacturing license of the People's Republic of China issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in May.
       Our company has been engaged in the production of agricultural drainage pipes and water pipes since 1976. It has a group of experienced and skilled technical operators, and the existing production equipment: 17 PVC pipe production lines with specifications ranging from φ16mm to φ500mm; 11 PE pipe production lines with specifications ranging from φ16mm to φ800mm, and 2 PE gas pipeline production lines with specifications Covering φ20mm—φ400mm; 2 PE corrugated pipe production lines, with specifications ranging from φ200mm—φ1000mm. Product application fields include water supply, drainage, agricultural water-saving irrigation, farmland drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation systems, industrial anti-corrosion pipes, power communication cable sheaths, direct buried supply Heat pipes, gas transmission and other fields can fully meet customer needs.
       Fangsheng implements high standards and strict requirements in production, supply, sales, after-sales service and information feedback. The raw materials used in the production are completely special materials of large petrochemical companies at home and abroad. The company has a raw material analysis room and a product testing room, which are responsible for the quality inspection and quality supervision of the whole process from raw material storage to production, product storage to sales.
