Advantages and Construction Method of PE-RT Type Ⅱ Thermal Pipe

PE-RT Ⅱ type heat pipe is a direct buried heating pipe, suitable for central heating buried secondary heat pipe network, building hot and cold water supply pipeline system, industrial pipeline system, etc.

Mainly has the following advantages: 

1. It is a large-diameter plastic pipe that can be used for hot water transportation.
2. Excellent high temperature resistance (long-term use temperature can reach 80 ℃).
Compared with other hot water pipes, it has good low temperature impact resistance (up to -40 ℃).
4, higher pressure bearing capacity (the same temperature and pressure, PE-RT type II pipe with less material).
5. It has high resistance to stress cracking.
6. Various construction methods (hot melting and electric melting).
7. Simple construction, convenient maintenance, etc.

     PE-RT type II thermal tube construction method:

1. Check whether all parts of the welding machine are operating normally.
2. Clean the outer surface and internal and external ports of the pipe.
3. Fix the two pipes on the fixture of the welding machine, test the drag pressure, and check the wrong mouth rate of the pipes. The wrong mouth rate should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness of the pipes.
4. Put in a milling cutter to mill the pipe ends of the two pipes, level the pipe ends of the two pipes and remove the oxide layer on the end faces of the pipes.
5. Align the ends of the two pipes again and check the wrong mouth rate. The wrong mouth rate should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness of the pipe.
6. Put the heating plate into the heating plate to heat according to the specified heating temperature and time (the heating temperature is 225 ℃-230 ℃, and the heating time is calculated according to the pipe wall thickness, which is x10S).
7. After the heating plate is placed, when the end face of the pipe is uniformly flanged, the hydraulic system is relieved and the heating time is counted.
8. After heating is completed, quickly take out the heating plate and quickly butt joint. After the two pipes are connected, a uniform flange is formed. The flanging height and width are consistent. At the same time, the pressure of the hydraulic system of the welding machine is maintained and the cooling time is entered (the cooling time is also calculated according to the pipe wall thickness, which is x1min).

PE-RT Ⅱ type thermal tube construction matters needing attention:

1. When welding two pipes, pay attention to the cleaning of the end face of the pipe to avoid oil stains, dust, etc. on the end face of the pipe, resulting in weak welding or pitting during welding.
2. The heating of the pipe is pressure relief heating. The heating timing time is that after uniform flanging occurs on both ends of the pipe, the pressure is relieved and the heating timing is entered.
3, pipe cooling for pressure cooling, pay attention to natural cooling, shall not use air cooling, water cooling and other forced cooling measures, so as to avoid the pipe welding.
